Gained 10 lbs and absolutely sickened with my self
Las year I got a gym membership and started off at 230. Beginning of the summer I got down to 205. By fall I was 195-198. Since the winter and holidays I haven't been or kept up. Weather is getting nice and I can get back on track. I weighed myself yesterday ay 209! I am so grossed out! When I got to the gym I did great cardio and little weight weights., but not up where I want to be 😧. Gym advice welcomed
