How often do you pump??

How often do you pump if you are also nursing? Do you pump after every feeding? Or do you just do it every so many hours?

Answer

I was at night, but when baby started sleeping more I stopped due to enforcement. I don't want to encourage my body to make more at a time I didn't need it.

My baby is a month and I've been pumping about twice a day, after a feeding durring a long nap.
