Am I pregnant???

My periods are very regular. Haven't had a delay in my af and it is always on time. We have been trying to get pregnant the last 3 months. My af is delayed by 2 days this month (never happened before)!!! I took a home pregnancy test and it is negative. How long should I wait before I go to the obgyn or can I go get a blood test?
