Double standards or just nerves?

Hello everyone! I can already predict the responses I'm going to get, but please try and understand. 
My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years now. We've lived together and are currently saving up to buy a house. Safe to say we plan to spend our lives together. 
Sex is great. He really makes me feel beautiful. 
When we first started dating we got it all out on the table, all of our fantasies and the dirty things we're into. I must've left out getting eaten out. 
As our relationship progressed, he still hadn't done it and is really more of a shy conservative guy, especially when it comes to talking about sex, because he's only ever been with one other girl (and he's 26). I've mentioned it here and there, asking why he doesn't do it or like it, until I found out he's never done it before....
My question is: although it's not a deal breaker for me (I love this man and he is quite the captain of his own ship😏), I do want to make him feel comfortable enough and be able to do more together. How do I go about this?

Just communicate. Say you would want him to try and if he says he doesn't know what he's doing, coach him through it. My boyfriend has been going down on me for months and I still will tell him what feels good and what doesn't and when I want him to do something else. Communication will help you both feel more comfortable and confident in your sex life together!

Tell him how you feel. Communication is key to a healthy and honest relationship. If you guys are planning on spending the rest of your lives together. But the way it sounds like since he have never done it before it's him being scared that he isn't good at eating the box 😻 it's a pride thing. My ex never but once he said he wanted to try it, we did, and he fall in love with it. At times he just want to do it and not have sex. It was great. Talk about it more to him even though he is a shy guy tell him it's okay to talk about sex with me because shit we have lol but if you don't do it now it's just going to be more difficult to talk about it later because he might just think you're okay without it.
