Swollen ankles

Rachael • Married to my wonderful wife, mom to D, twins on the way. lots of other roles and titles.
Do any of you have swollen ankles (and you're not pregnant)? I have a Drs appt but I'm scared that if they're this swollen now pregnancy will make them completely ridiculous. Thoughts?
