Soap opera kind of question
You're the wife of a man who's last parent is about to kick it. FIL owns a farm, the place your hubs and his siblings grew up. You hubby is the eldest sibling and has been given most of the land and the ability to run the place. Currently you both are financially stable, with a good house/environment, with a kid or two and don't necessarily want to move to a farm, but aren't ruling it out. Your husband doesn't know want to do but doesn't want to sell it for his and his blood families sake.
Do you:
A. Suggest moving there for a peaceful country life and safe spot for the kids.
B. Suggest he sell it for cash despite the fact that you aren't a biological family member and it's not your business, against your husbands and in-laws feelings.
C. Keep it, but don't move there. Maybe use it as a summer home or something.
D. Sell/gift it to the his siblings and lose all ownership. So it's taken care of but you don't have to deal with it.
