14 week sonogram tomorrow.

I'm 14 weeks Friday and have an appointment that day but my dr ordered a sonogram tomorrow cause he said he wants the results Friday. I had a blood test Monday which he signed off on(whatever that means) because I started bleeding Sunday evening then Monday is turned to spotting brown then quickly it was only when I wiped. Tuesday and today only (tmi, sorry) my normal kinda string ish discharge only with brown tints to it instead of white. The nurse told me not to stress brown means old but they have me on pelvic rest until I see him Friday, which is also my birthday. Has anyone else had anything like this?
