White ink tattoo?

Question

Anyone have a white ink tattoo?? I've heard they can be a bad idea and yellow over time because of sun light, but I'm a pretty pale person and if I did get one it would be some place like on my forearm where the sun really dosnt shine, any thoughts or pics of what they look like now?

Hi Brianna! I have a white ink tattoo on my left forearm. I got it done back in Nov 2012 and had it touched up in March 2013 to fill in some parts where the ink didn't stay. Since then I have not gotten it touched up and doubt I will anytime soon since it looks fine to me as it is now. Because it is in white ink, it's not very visible and many people won't see it unless you point it out or they get close enough to see it but even then the probably won't lol
For the ones who do notice it, they give me compliments all the time and tell me it's unique and different in a good way. I've also gotten asked if its a scar since it took on a "scar-like" effect. Aside from that, this is one of my favorite tattoos I have. 
I wish I could have taken a better pic with natural sunlight but it's night time where I'm from so I tried my best with the lighting. This is what it looks like now, same picture but top is with flash and bottem is without. Hope this helps 😊🙈

My friend got a white ink tattoo and it looks like cellulite and scar tissue... :< 
White ink makes a wonderful secondary color, but as a main color, I would NOT recommend it.

My tattoo artist doesn't usually suggest them. He says the tend to look like scar tissue.

I have white in my tattoos. Being pale makes you the perfect candidate.

My friend got one and it's blue! The idiot guy who did it used a blue sharpie and said it would wash out and never did. It doesn't look bad but it's definitely not white. I have some white parts in my forearm that didn't hold well, so I won't be doing anymore white ink but it still looks fine. It's just black and white so the white part just looks like skin now.
