No VBAC allowed.. No more kids?

I just went to a new OB/GYN for an annual checkup since we just moved out of state.  During our appointment we discussed having another baby at which point she told me I would have to have another C section, VBAC wouldn't even be an option due to the facility capabilities in my town.  I know this sounds somewhat ridiculous, but now I'm not sure I want to have any more children.  I was devastated about having to have the first C section, and desperately wanted to try for a VBAC the next time around.  Anyone else have a similar experience?  Am I being completely ridiculous?
