Honestly that looks like eczema, I had/have eczema really bad and all I can say is use lots and lots of unscented lotion or some kind of eczema cream for about a week and it should be gone or getting better but it can come back if you stop using the lotion. And if it is not gone or going away after a week, I'd go to the doctor. Hope this helps!

No! Just put some unscented thick lotion on it ... I use aveno.
