Having trouble!

Idk what to do with my husband! We have a 8 month old he gets off at 2 pm and comes home to watch the baby and I work till 7 pm come home and do all the night time duties to get the baby to sleep! If I ask him to help he gets mad. If I ask him to help around the house he gets mad. I told him we should share night time duties, like if I feed him he should bathe him or the other way around. I think it's fair enough. All he does is work and come home and expect to do nothing else! Anything he does I have to ask him to do and then he angry about it all day. Idk what else to do! It's getting to the point where I hate to ask for help or talk to him at all! What are your ideas on how to handle this situation without making him more angry ? He thinks I'm being unfair and selfish but I'm exhausted and need help!
