I let my husband go away for the weekend

My husband hasn't seen his friends from his time in the Marine Corps in a good while. So I let him go see them all for the weekend. It's just a couple towns over. 2 1/2 hours away. A few even traveled from out of state to meet up. But now he won't respond to any of my texts or phone calls. (I'm not texting/calling him like a crazy stalker). The only reason it bothers me is because he promised to text me when he got close and then to call me before they all went out. Also he doesn't exercise the best self control when he drinks with his buddies. He just makes some stupid choices sometimes. And I just worry about that. Maybe I'm being the uncool wife, I'm just a little bothered. Okay rant over.
