Baby tipped over backwards

Help! I was holding my baby sitting on my lap and when I was grabbing his bottle he leaned backwards quickly and landed on the couch.. he technically hit his head by going from sitting to laying. Should I worry? Does he need to go to the doctor? He is 7 weeks old.
