Is this normal? I'm worried.

So my period started today. Like, all cramps and uber pain, which I'm used to now having the Paraguard after about a year and a half. My concern right now is that it's not bleeding normal, so to speak.

Warning, this is a moderately graphic over share as I am really really concerned.

When I use the bathroom and wipe, it is a mucusy shade of beige/light brown. I'm used to it seeming chunky with dark brown and red like I was clotting but never like this.

My pain has been a lot more severe in the past few months but until right now my flow has looked normal. I am not wearing a tampon or pad yet today because it isn't flowing, I just see it when I use the bathroom and wipe.

Please share with me advice and thoughts? I'm going to look information up online hut I always found the Glow community to be more helpful and informative.
