Tmi sorry

Okay posted something yesterday about how I started my period and it was kind of a watery consistency. Now its clear watery liquid coming out with just a little bit of blood. Like my flow is normally heavy so sometimes I'll stand up and blood will gush out (gross I know) well that happend today so I rushed to the bathroom and the pad was wet like someone poured water on it and it had a few drops of blood. What is going on?! Why is this coming out of my vagina?!
