2nd day working out!
Today is my second day working out and my first day on my menstrual. I feel great. Yesterday I worked out for a full hour at the gym, and today I played basketball for an hour. For the rest of March, I plan to workout everyday. The reason for this is consistency. In the past I tried to commit to 2-4 days a week, but if I do an entire month, then I know I can hold my self accountable for a "scheduled" workout. Make sense?
Ladies, "just do" what works for you. Both days I did not follow a drill. I simply lifted weights, did a little cardio, stretched, took a lot of shots on the basketball court, and already I have more energy, my breasts are a little firmer, and I'm a little more confident. 😊😊😊 Be well.
