One thing you have to do before you go to bed ? 
I noticed i have the wash my face, wash my hair if its oily , wash my vag if it feels nasty , or wash my feet if their dirty. Those are the 4 things i cant go to sleep without doing .

For me personally, I have to pray before going to bed! I also have to wash my face and brush my teeth!

Hygienes important i shower before bedtime and clean teeth, brush my hair theres no doubt i aint going to my bed without doing the above. One other thing is i always kiss my girl goodnight and pray.

Just one??? Imma give the nightly routine run down for you!

Get kids ready for bed which includes a bath, PJs, medicine, brushing teeth, sippy cup, favorite show for them for bed.

Then there's me! Go pick up whatever the kids left out, do dishes, clothes in dryer and fold, then get myself ready for bed which includes use bathroom, take contacts out, take meds, brush teeth, plug up phone, then lay down!!!!
