Asshole or not?

Finally got to speak to my boyfriend who has been ignoring and blowing me off for about a week now. I bawled my eyes out on the phone. He had plans to go frolf with his friend (don't know if he was lying or not) I asked him to drop those plans because I'm bawling my eyes out and he should drop everything to make me feel better. He said no and said "I shouldn't be the only one to make you happy you have to make yourself happy". He then went on to say he was going to drop those plans and said he would call me back after he called everyone he was going to hangout with (I know he isn't going to call me back, he never does).

I think he said he would call them to drop the plans just to get me off of the phone.

What do I do....
