So excited!
We had our monthly appointment yesterday (12w3d). I was slightly nervous because the doctor I was scheduled with is the same doctor that we saw when we found out our baby didn't have a heartbeat in our last pregnancy. I kept telling my husband "he's a great doctor but my last memory of him is him being the bearer of bad news".
I whispered to my baby before the doctor came in to the room "okay baby, I need you to let us find that heartbeat nice and easy today, okay?". Sure enough, the second the doc put the Doppler on my stomach we heard that beating heart loud and clear!
I am just so grateful for this new baby and that this pregnancy is going so well!
