Anyone willing to share miscarriage experience

Last night at work I started bleeding heavily with no pain I rushed to the ER they did blood work, pelvic, and ultrasound baby and I are doing good today baby was there with a heartbeat of 176... Is this a sign of a coming miscarriage? Did this happen before the miscarriage to anyone or was it pain and blood all the sudden? Thanks to anyone willing to share intimate details
