My periods late but the test said I'm not pregnant? SOMEONE HELP

My period is 7 days late and me and my boyfriend are freaking out. I took a pregnancy test 4 days after I was late and it said I wasn't pregnant, it didn't have a faint line or anything. So why am I so late?

Don't stress hunny because I'm late as well. If you stress over it, it might come late. So, just pray and don't worry. And please use condoms because pre-cum can still get you pregnant and don't assume his pull/out game is that strong!!

If your late by 4 days.. On pregnancy tests it's won't show unless your 2 weeks. That's when you should take a pregnancy test to show if you are or not as your body makes more hormones in those 2 weeks because of pregnancy which then gives the accurate reading on the pregnancy test.

Freaking out will only make it worse, calm down. If you're not on the pill, you're much less likely to be regular. Stress affects your cycle in a big way. You're probably fine, but if it still hasn't come after another month or so, I would go to the doctor. Also, having sex for the first time can majorly destroy any sense of regularity you used to have. Once you become sexually active, your whole body changes. Your cycle is thrown off, sometimes drastically, and your body will visually change (i.e. widening hips).

If your irregular I wouldn't be alarmed, some women stay irregular even with birth control. It isn't the greatest thing about being a woman but we just gotta put up with it :/ I've never really  been on a set schedule but I can usually guesstimate the timing within about a week, but everyone's has a different cycle and regularity/irregularity.
