Your thoughts and experiences would be much appreciated..

I know I sound like a crazy person but I'm definitely not imagining this!! According to clearblue digital I ovulated 6 days ago, H and I had sex the following day as he was away prior. We also had sex at the beginning of my fertile period before he left, so it's possible I conceived on the day of ovulation. Last night  I felt and intermittent twinging/v mild ache on the lower abdomen right side but I had my right Fallopian tube removed in July following an ectopic. In the last few days I've also broken out in pimples around my hairline forehead and chin when I normally have clear skin and I've had an unusually high libido. Would this all be de to ovulation hormones 6 days ago or could it be something else?
