bleeding💉

so my boyfriend was fingering me and i started bleeding. My period isnt due for another week. I popped my cherry with a tampon i know this for sure. Is it possible that he scratched inside of me and now im bleeding. And if so is that bad. Or did my period just come early im seriously worried. Please help😖😁
