Pain in lower right stomach

I got my af yesterday with intense cramps in the stomach and today am having very intense pinching pain in lower rught stomach with med flow usually i have heavy flow on day 2 is this a sign of chemical pregnancy i never had this much pain during periods? Should i see a doctor? Or is this common . And to add I don't have blood red flow like i always have it is like pinkish red flow..
