Bloody Noses?!

I'm 9w4d and I have been getting bloody noses a couple times a week for the past few weeks. I realize it's winter and I live in Michigan but I constantly have 2 humidifiers running. Anyone else find themselves getting bloody noses in their first trimester?!

I have woken up the past two weeks with dried blood in my nose (no bloody nose though). My fiancé and I sleep with a fan on at night so I figure that's the reason! 😩

I've heard saline sprays help. I bleed a little and humidifiers help. Have yet to try the spray.

Your vessels are dilating due to increased blood flow. Keep your house moist and try to avoid wiping too much.

I've been getting them regularly and I live in Mississippi. We have more than enough humidty down here. I have them at night and wake startled, in what looks like a bloody massacre. You're not alone girl!
