Super Low Baby

Has anyone here had experience with a baby that is super low in the pelvis? Even though my uterus is up to my belly button (20.5 weeks), Vivi is still hanging out waaaay down there. The ultrasound tech said she is breech and couldn't believe how low she was. I don't look very pregnant for 20 weeks, which is surprising bc I started out overweight. I lost 10 lbs from nausea and have only gained back 3. I figure I'm not showing as much as I would if she were higher.

Will she move up? Sometimes I feel a bump near my belly button but for the most part it's right above my pubic bone. Does anyone know how carrying low affects labor? So far it just feels like a lot of pressure and I get bladder spasms that are dreadful, but luckily they gave me meds to help control them. The us tech said she's crowding my bladder hardcore lol.
