Grinding my teeth
So I have noticed my enamel is starting to go away and my teeth are almost see through. My fiancé told me the other night its because I chomp and grind my teeth so hard at night he jokes and says i am going to bite my tongue or chip a tooth, which i already have from grinding them so hard. Does anyone have advice to help with the grinding or what its caused from.
