Need help paying a bill.

We have never had this much financial trouble in our lives, PSE changed their rates so our power bill is $1,000 and there's nothing we can do about it. My new job doesn't start until next week and my fiancé has interviews set up but wouldn't be starting until after it is due. Hopesource told us that they don't have the funds to help. I don't know what to do. It's due in three days or our power is shut off.
