When do babies have their growth spurts?

Just wondering when they should happen and how to handle their fussiness when they happen

The first one starts around 2 weeks, my LO is currently going through one, she cluster feeds for around 2-2.5 hours everyday, usually from about 10pm (unfortunately) constantly on and off the breast. I'm finding it stressful and tiring, she doesn't always have a perfect latch so I'm constantly having to fix it so it doesn't get too painful, and she screams every time I take her off,  but I'm finding the constant feeding for so long is making me quite sore. 
Make sure you have drinks and some snacks very nearby, and Netflix! I'm binging pretty little liars on these evening clusters. 
don't forget your nipple cream. I try and put it on every half an hour, that's when I switch breasts, and just go topess until she's done. 
This has been going on for about 5 days now and I'm hoping it's nearly over
