Boyfriend doesn't wanna get a job

Okay so I'm 19 and my boyfriend is 27. We have been together for like 2 years or so. I have a job and he doesn't... The big problem with this is that he doesn't want to get a job. He may not be saying it verbally but he isn't looking for one always playing ps4. & when I tell him lets go look for jobs (because I want s second one. Trying to make as much money as I can before I start college in the fall. ) & he's acting like he just doesn't care ! We live with his mom and sister. I want us to get our own place get our own car. Be freaking adults and live our life. It's just hard when his mom will complain about him not having a job one second then giving him money the next. So he's just fine where he is because he keeps getting his damn way. Idk what to do anymore. My family doesn't like home because they think I can do better because he isn't trying to do anything. I know he can and do a great job but idk how to get him to want to do it himself.
