What does it mean ?

My period on the month of September end end on a 28/29 and on the month of October my "period" came again on October 9 only two weeks after my recent period. This time I wasn't bleeding much only when I would clean myself their would be blood. It lasted 5 days and I wasn't even on pain. I am sexually active and my period is always regular so I don't know what this means ?
