Need help finding a nickname for my baby

So on the first ultrasound I got on my first pregnancy my baby looked like a peanut and that has been his nickname ever since, his 3 years old now.. Now I need help coming up with a nickname with this 2nd baby but I just can't come up with one that would go with either a boy or girl since I still no the gender of my baby.. So any suggestions I would gladly appreciate..
