When you're trying to convince, is it bad to smoke cigarettes?

Smoking decreases fertility and increases the chance for miscarriage.

I was a heavy smoker until I got my BFP. But I got that BFP! It did take 9 months though so I'm not sure if smoking made it take longer...but it isn't impossible!
