Not really.  Depends on what you were doing with the guy when it happened.  If he is kissing you with out warning then it was technically assault.  But if you were flirting and leading him to believe you wanted to be kissed then its cheating.  I'd tell you SO.

I said yes, not because of the action (because if you purely look at the action you did nothing wrong) but because of the choices that lead to it.

You chose to put yourself in a position where you were alone with a man who you find very attractive and who obviously has shown some interest in you.
You chose to let yourself get into close enough proximity to him for him to surprise kiss you, which would have to be pretty close. Unless he was farther away, you would have seen it coming, and you didn't do anything to stop it or change the situation until it already happened.

I find it hard to believe that you had no hand in it. That you were in a room full of colleagues, talking about grocery lists and had no idea that it was coming.

I don't think what he did was right by any means, but I don't think you helped the situation. If it was truly unexpected and unwanted that would be sexual assault.

I definitely think you need to talk to your boyfriend about it.

I don't think it's cheating, you can't help someone else kissing you really. A guy kissed me out of nowhere when I was first with my husband, laughing one minute then slaps a sloppy kiss on me 😅 anyway I'd still tell your boyfriend/husband.

You may not have "wanted" the kiss (so you say) but from personal experience if you're letting someone get close enough to you then a part of you did want it. I've never been "accidentally" kissed while in a relationship because I put up those boundaries.  If you're letting someone get that close to you youre sending those signals. And I'm guessing he didn't just sprint across the room and jump on you to kiss you.

It's cheating if he already has a gf or is married. But if he's single. That is not cheating. Cheating is when someone in a relationship decides to start a new secret relationship with another person often without the one or the other knowing about it.

No it's not cheating. But you might want to stay far away from that guy so it doesn't lead anywhere. And depending on your partner, you might want to tell him what happened. If he found out yall kissed and he didn't know about it, no matter the circumstance, you could get blamed. But girl, it's not your fault.
