I don't even know what to say about this

I gave birth to a baby boy yesterday and I'm only 17 years old he was born at 32 weeks and weighed 3 pounds 9 ounces and was 17 inches long. Well today a friend asked if It was true that I had him and I said yes and she asked to see pictures so I showed her pics of him and I at the hospital and pictures my mom had taken during delivery and my friend said he looks fake and I was just like omg are you seriously saying my child looks fake.. And I said how and she said cause he's so little and then she asked how did I just have birth yesterday and at school today and I said cause I have a court order saying I can't miss any days of school no matter what and my doctor said it would be okay to go back to school because I get out early every day at 10 20 so it's not like I'm staying all day long there and it just ticked me off. What should I do
