WHAT SHOULD DO!??

Okay so I want to play lacrosse this spring bc I want to lose weight and get in shape but my eye doctor said that I can't do contact sports bc I have really bad vision. I was about to be cleared but the nurse said I can't do it and my parents won't let me do it either but their always complaining that I'm eating too much and not working out enough meanwhile they're preventing me from doing it . I was thinking about forging the note? Maybe lying to the coach and just not telling the nurse anything? I'm a freshman and I wear glasses but I also have contacts too
