C panties?

I'm scheduled for a c section soon and wondering if any mamas who've had c- sections have used or would recommend c- panty?  I'm also considering a waist trainer type device once healed.  Any experience with either of these post pardum?

Your going to think I'm nuts... But after i had abdominal surgery (incision from naval all the way down)... The only panties I could bare to put on we're the mesh hospital undies! I kid you not! Prob the most turn off things ever but I've tried everything else! Their easy to clean and I just asked the nurses for extra. Good luck

I didn't buy any actual c-panties but I got just some cheap high waisted panties. High waisted is key!

Def the mesh ones from the hospital! Wish I grabbed more when I had mine. Ask for a few! Way more comfortable than any granny panty I had 😋

Anything that rides up high on your waist, I used a waist trainer but not for a few weeks after. Don't rush it, make sure you're healed first. Good luck, you will be amazing!
