Negative test turned positive after days

I took a pregnancy test and it said negative. I'm 21 days late as of today. 2 days ago my bathroom garbage was knocked over and my pregnancy test said positive. Is it possible that it is really positive? The lines a few days ago were March darker. Help me out!
