Out burst of anger
Is anyone experiencing out burst of anger for no reason. And mostly directed at certain people? It's like I have a sort fuse and I'm snapping at people. I feel awful after it happens. But it's like a burning rage that calms down almost immediately after Iv snapped. My poor mother is getting it mostly and I feel terrible. I feel like I'm going crazy.
