Anyone else always cold?

I don't know if it is because I live in Scotland or what but lately I just can't seem to get warm. On the rare occasions I actually get warm I end up overheating really quickly. I just wondered if anyone else felt like this or am I the only one?

Yes! After meals I get the chills. When I sleep I heat up, just at night. During the day I find myself wanting to bundle up. I'm in Phoenix, AZ lol ☀️

Im like this! I'm 8 weeks and im constantly cold, i can't seem to get warm unless im in bed or wrapped up to the eyeballs! Then after an hour or so im overheating! 😒 glad its not just me! Lol x

I'm completely the same during the day and when I'm tired I am freezing and struggle to warm up. Then I go to bed and after a few hours I'm too hot and uncomfortable grrr... I've never been a cold person before.
