Update

As for me we went back to the doctor last week after one round of Letrozole and two of Clomid neither worked. Although my cycle is doing something weird right now and uncharacteristic. AF was due Monday but I've had spotting and cramps only since Friday. And the cramps will randomly go away completely then come back. I just want the full flow to come so I can schedule my hysteroscopy. That's the next step. Then the doctor said he would not waste time with IUI or anything else and told us he recommends going straight to IVF. I almost started crying in the doctors office. I have such mixed feelings about IVF, but I'm beginning to become more accepting of it since it's looking like that's the only way we will be able to conceive. My problem is what rondo with the unused embryos and then what finer get pregnant naturally afterwards which I hope for I would feel like we're wasting embryos. Since we have the stupid insurance issue we're going to wait a few months and figure that out since we have to pay out of pocket for health insurance for just me and it's going to be upwards of $2700 for 3 months it looks like. So we'll most likely be starting IVF  this summer. Please keep me in your prayers that we conceive naturally before then 😥
