What do you ladies think?

So I have a midwife appointment 2moro & my midwife last week said they prob book me in for Saturday to get induced but my midwife 2moro will prob be a different one & have other plans. I will be 41wks 2moro should I get induced if they suggest it since the Bub has showed no signs of coming out, no braxton hicks or contractions & was only 1cm dilated & cervix was 2cm thick last week or should I get membrane sweep again.
