Am I just overly paranoid?!

Question

I'm 11 weeks 6 days today tomorrow I'll hit my 12 weeks, yay! 
However the last few days off and on I get cramps. They aren't by any means unbearable but they are definitely there and achy. I had a miscarriage a year ago on the 27th. I called the doc told them no bleeding or anything just cramps in my lower abdominal and back. They didn't seemed concern. So I'm trying not to be... I think I'm just freaking myself out. Anybody have cramps that are probably 4 or 5 out of a 10 pain level

Me! 🙋🏽 I'm 11w3d and cramping has come out of nowhere. I had minor cramps in the early weeks but not as noticeable this time around. They only show up a couple times a day. I worry too but as long as there's no blood I'm not too concerned. I also had my first ultrasound on Monday and baby looked great! Try not to stress off it. Everything will be ok!

I know ligament pain is real. Lol and lower back pain. I used to have a pinched nerve, thought that chiropractor fixed me but now serving part time brings the pain back

I had cramps around that time in both my lower abdomine and back.. I wouldn't say a level 4 pain, although my back pain was more sumignificant. This is a very normal time for your uterus to be expanding and to feel some cramping or ligament pain. If you have no bleeding I would relax! 😊 congrats, mama!! You're Almost out of the first trimester!! 😘

I'm 13 weeks 2 days and prior to 10 weeks, I really had no cramping. Then they hit me like a ton of bricks. Ever since then, I've been getting cramps and some can be rough. You're ok. Your belly is just growing. 😊
