Please help, so sad!

So when I went for my 20 week ultrasound after wards they made me sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes and the came and told me I have to come back because they couldn't see babies heart because she was curled in a ball. Are they trying to be nice because something is seriously wrong please help!!!
