Tampons and swimming
I'm going away on holiday soon and I'm 16, but I'm meant to start my period soon but my mum doesn't want me starting the pill...I'm going to be swimming a lot and I've never used tampons before while I've been swimming, I'm scared to use them. Do they stop me for leaking and would you be able to see the string from it...any advice would be great
