EMBARRASSING!!!! probally tmi!!

so, I have hemmoroids. not like that hang out of my butt, but like my butthole is swollen 99.9% of the time. idk how to tell my bf or even if I should. we have had sex many time and its never came up or anything but I'm nervous to get in any position that could possibly show them!!
