Late period .... trigger xDpicture of discharge

So last month I started on the 6th. My apps say i was supposed to start around the 3rd this month and it's now the 9th and I still have not started. I've had cramps with Sharp knive like pains above my vagina nausea, my equilibrium is off, I've had a ton of discharge! !! Going from really stretchy and clear /milky whitish to thick and creamy :0 I know I already ovulated so it can't be that... I also had sex twice during my ovulation time... I did take a pregnancy test right when I woke up on Monday and it was negative. Did anybody else experience these symptoms and turn out pregnant? ??
