Rainbow baby?? Wrong term... Others?

I was just curious if there is a term for the surviving twin if one passes away? I know typically a baby who comes after a miscarriage is called a rainbow baby... But what about in the situation of them being conceived at the same time...

I just lost one of our twins yesterday and was curious...

Yes I know they can... My question is if there is a term for that living baby... Would it be considered a rainbow baby or do they call it something else

I call my daughter a twinless twin. It is the term for a twin who has lost their twin, although I don't think it's very common for people to use/hear it. There is an international support group online for parents and the twins themselves. 😊

Well I doubt this will help much. But u can say them at the baby who passed is your angel baby. And the surviving baby is your earth baby. Something along those lines?

Yes the other baby can survive I we a Triplett 3boys 1 girl me. 2 of the boys die. Me and my other brother survived till birth. When he died we were micro premmies
