In need of help .-.

So me and my boyfriend had sex on Valentine's Day and the condom FELL OFF! My worst nightmare!! So obviously about 4 hours later I took the morning after pill and I started getting pains and weird bleeding and looked up the symptoms and that's what they were, 2 days later we had unprotected sex and I took another one, ever since then my stomach and what feels like my entire track of overies, tubs, and all that fun stuff feels like it hurts every time I eat, last Saturday is when it finally went away but is slowly starting again, should I be worried?
