Superstitious?

Okay so my fiancée and I have been trying to concieve a while now (2 years) and have had no luck and plenty of false alarms, however recently we have been wondering if we have finally succeeded but don't want to get our hopes up. Well we are superstitious, just runs in our families! And I had a dream I took a test and it was faint, so i took another the next day and it was like BAM! Well I was telling him about this dream and he said he had one that same night that we had a baby girl! Do you think this is a sign?
